Corn flakes - 200 g

Flour - 100 g

Lemon - 1/2 pcs.

Spices for grilling - to taste

Vegetable oil - 200 g

Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Wash the wings, salt and pepper it, sprinkle seasoning and squeeze half a lemon on the meat.
  2. Leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Mash cornflakes in a mortar.
  4. Roll the chicken in flour, then in egg and in cornflakes.
  5. Fry in a pan: 5-10 minutes on each side over medium heat.
